GuardInput is a tool that scans and masks sensitive data in prompts and files before they reach AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. This website presents the product and lets you join the waitlist.
2. Access to the service
The website is free to access. Joining the waitlist is optional. We may suspend or interrupt access for maintenance or technical reasons without liability.
3. Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, you agree to provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for the information you submit.
4. User obligations
You agree not to use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its underlying technology belong to 404Factory. Content you create or process with GuardInput remains your property.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. 404Factory is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from use of the website.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
